Tara is said to have been in a promotional agreement with FCOM that required her to maintain a certain shape, which the agency believes she failed to preserve.

According to , the online marketing firm - which owns ILoveKickboxing.com - had backed the Biggest Loser competitor to represent them in the media.

FCOM claims that she re-gained 'far too much weight' in 2011 for them to continue using her as a brand ambassador.

For her alleged breach of contract FCOM is suing for an unspecified amount in damages.

The controversy follows a stunning revelation from Costa last year, where she admitted to that she suffered from a food addiction.

'That meal alone was probably around 6,000 calories, if not more,' she said.

Costa explained she will be a recovering food addict for the rest of her life, and being able to accept her addiction is its own victory.
