U.S. House panel chairman subpoenas Obamacare contractor

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa on Tuesday subpoenaed Obamacare contractor, Quality Software Services Inc (QSSI), for documents related to the federal government's troubled website, Healthcare.gov.
