By Barbara Liston ORLANDO Fla. (Reuters) - A 46-year-old Orlando woman has become the oldest mother in the United States, and possibly in the world, to give birth to a healthy baby through in-vitro fertilization using her own fresh eggs. Belinda Slaughter, now 47, gave birth to her first child in September, her doctor, Mark Trolice of Winter Park, said in an interview on Tuesday. The case should be considered an anomaly, said Stan Williams, chairman of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida's medical school, in Gainesville.
