Husband shoots and kills wife, wounds self at New Jersey hospital

(Reuters) - A man shot and killed his wife at a southern New Jersey hospital on Wednesday and then turned the gun on himself, a spokesman for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said. The woman died at Kennedy University Hospital in Stratford a short time after the 10:20 a.m. shooting, said prosecutor spokesman Jason Laughlin. The wounded man, whose condition was not immediately known, was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, he said. Laughlin said the two people were husband and wife, and added that he had no information about their names, ages, residence or whether either was a patient or employee of the hospital.
