Migrant children test Europe as Mediterranean crisis worsens

On his way to Italy from Libya months later, his boat capsized. Today Bangura is living in a shelter on this Sicilian hilltop town. The number of migrants reaching Italy by sea this year is set to top last year's record of 170,000, the International Organization for Migration said.
