Hormone therapy not for disease prevention: study

But it should not be used to prevent conditions like heart disease and dementia, a new study confirms. After analyzing data from about 30,000 women, researchers found the risk of serious health problems increased while women were taking hormones - as past studies have also shown - and then fell once they went off the pills. ...
