Hurricane Raymond swirls off Mexico, hits Acapulco with more rain

Raymond, a category three hurricane, was stationary with winds blowing up to 125 miles per hour on Monday, around 100 miles offshore. Forecasters said it could move closer to the coast before heading out to sea. ...
