WASHINGTON (Reuters) - There is no evidence that President Barack Obama's signature healthcare program is driving up the number of part-time workers in the economy, a senior White House aide said on Tuesday. "The vast bulk of the jobs being created are full-time jobs," Jason Furman, chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, told Reuters Insider.
