TORONTO (Reuters) - Toronto Mayor Rob Ford admitted on Tuesday that he has smoked the crack cocaine, but insisted he is not an addict. Facing reporters days after Toronto's police chief confirmed the existence of a video that two media organizations said showed the mayor smoking the drug, Ford admitted he had done so, estimating it had happened about a year ago.
