JACKSON Miss (Reuters) - A federal appeals panel struck down a Mississippi law on Tuesday that would shut down the state's only abortion clinic, saying the law was unconstitutional. Upholding a lower court's preliminary injunction against the law, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled it would place an undue burden on a woman's right to seek an abortion.
