"Pelvic floor muscles are one of the most important, but least appreciated parts of the body," says product designer Grace Lee in a promotional video. Strong kegel muscles are important for sex, increasing orgasmic capacity and overall pleasure of the experience. They are also critical for childbirth and bladder control.
