Retired officer gives autism safety talk across US

In a Nov. 21, 2014 photo taken from video, Blake Roberts, 10, uses a marker to color on a piece of paper at his home in Howell, Mich. Blake wandered away from his home several years ago before being found safe. Blake’s mother, Kelly Roberts, is a proponent of police officers and other first responders taking autism awareness classes, because they are increasingly likely to come into contact with someone with autism spectrum disorder.
